Wet’suwet’en Chief Na’Mox – John Ridsdale to plead guilty on 4 criminal charges

Wet’suwet’en Chief Na’Mox – John Ridsdale to plead guilty on 4 criminal charges

Chief Na’Mox also known as John Ridsdale was often referred to as the head of the gang of five male hereditary chiefs and the man behind the stripping of hereditary title of 3 female hereditary chiefs for their support of the CGL gas line, will now be pleading guilty to 4 criminal charges against him.

The charges stem from an incident in  Hagwilget village, “Chief Na’Mox also known as John Ridsdale was arrested and kept in jail overnight” in February 2021.

Will this bring an end to the coalition of blockaders and the Office of Wet’suwet’en? Does the empire of 5 male chiefs now fall?

The charges stem from an incident where allegedly “a very intoxicated male was staggering down the street, came to her residence and shot her dog.” in the Hagwilget village near Hazelton B.C. (On the reserve)

The man who touted ‘Wiggus Tset At’awt At’en’ Respect First proves that words and actions are just for pomp and ceremony, to further line ones pockets with other peoples money. Yet the press gobbles it up like starved turkey chicks in regards to the Wet’suwet’en blockaders, a small band of people making a living from GoFundMe.

Imagine the taxpayers just bought the Office of Wet’suwet’en the Lake Kathlyn school as a “new seat of government” for the Wet’suwet’en nation, with the only thing missing is the Wet’suwet’en nation who voted to control their own destiny as opposed to having it handed to them at the whim of a few disgruntled male Hereditary Chiefs.

It makes you wonder why suddenly you see Frank Alec front and center and there is no sign of John Ridsdale anymore? Was john fired from the Office of Wet’suwet’en and replaced by Frank Alec? Another man with a dubious record in regards to his treatment of women.

Still the mainstream press continues to use the face of this disgraced chief Chief Na’Mox to headline stories about the Wet’suwet’en hooligans who continually stir up trouble in the Morice logging road.

Now the question will once again be, will the mainstream press do a cover-up to protect Chief Na’Mox the mastermind behind removing women from seats of power within the Wet’suwet’en Nation, or will they for once actually tell the full truth? Will the cover the sentencing, or will they also protect the protest movement? What is the mainstream press doing? Is their goal to keep a nation divided in order to get an ongoing story for corporate profits? Or is it they fear they have no news at all without this band of hooligans?

The second question will be, will the same Office of Wet’suwet’en strip John Ridsdale of his title, at very least as an effort to restore some legitimacy to the term Hereditary Chiefs? The mainstream press appears to support keeping the fires of hate within the Wet’suwet’en community alive, by constantly promoting their support of an extremely small band of hooligans holding down two camps on the Morice River Road in an effort to extort more money out of the public via GoFundMe,  the taxpayers via Nathan Cullen and the NDP, and also possibly CGL as well.

What we do know is that these camps have a serious manpower shortage, even with a population of over 3000 members, it appears they have no local Wet’suwet’en support, so they are calling out to the rest of the world to send in people who will be willing to get arrested for breaking the law. If they had local support, they would be able to call on more of the local people (62 thousand of them) as opposed to asking people from the USA and Eastern Canada to come man the front lines of the blockades.

“send in people who will be willing to get arrested for breaking the law”
